Just like the cows which were found on the Bhumi of Vrindavan centuries ago, in the same way, in the far-off villages of Karnataka the desi cows Hallikar plays and eats the natural grass present in the forest. The quality of milk plays a crucial role in the A2 Cow ghee. Milk of cows that feed on natural grass and roam-free is the preferable choice for producing ghee. After leaving the calf's milk, 60 percent is available for conversion into ghee. The milk is made clean without adding cream or extra texture.

Traditional milk is boiled in a clay pot and left overnight to be naturally converted into curd. The churning process is done by using alternate direction churning in the Vilona Bilona method and Makhan collected over a period of 28 days. Makhan then added to curd made on previous day of Pournima.   

On Purnima early morning (that is on day of Purnima) is churned by Chefs (after taking bath and performing rituals), As tradition has proved early morning churning gives us best Makhan.

Later in the evening same chefs start preparing Ghee. After continuing to heat the Makhan, the water evaporates from the ghee and thus the fat is separated from the firmness of the milk. The resulting Ghee is then heated until all the water content has evaporated, revealing the pure fat content. This is the last stage of the A2 Ghee with all its intact nutritional properties of the ghee.
